Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Returns
- Unused chains in unopened original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund of the product price.
- Chains that have been installed, driven on, or show wear may not be returned.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning product to our Roseville pickup location or paying return transport.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X] business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Wrong-Size Exchanges
- We confirm tire size by phone before every sale. If, despite this, an unused and unopened bag is the wrong size for your vehicle, we will exchange it free of charge within 30 days.
Warranty
- Chains are warranted against manufacturing defects (defective welds, links, or fasteners present at the time of sale). Defective product will be replaced; refunds are issued only when replacement stock is unavailable.
- This warranty does not cover: damage from operation above 30 mph, use on bare or dry pavement, improper installation or tensioning, modification, abrasion from a loose fit, or normal wear.
- The customer is responsible for verifying tire size, vehicle clearance, and compliance with the vehicle and tire manufacturers' instructions.
Pickup & Delivery
Free Local Pickup — Roseville, CA
- Pickup is free at 4010 Foothills Blvd #103, Roseville, CA 95747, by prior arrangement only. Call before coming so your order can be staged and waiting.
Local Delivery
- Delivery is available within approximately 30 miles of Roseville: $20 (0–10 mi), $30 (11–20 mi), $40 (21–30 mi). Delivery is free on orders of 20 or more bags within the delivery area.
- Delivery windows are scheduled by phone. Someone must be available to receive the order; chains are heavy (approx. 52 lb per bag).
Shipping

Sales Tax
